ABOUT US
Having recognised the need in County Wexford for a professional private homecare service, Sharon Bolger built her team of qualified and experienced nurses and home carers to form Sharing The Care nursing agency and homecare service in 1999.
Sharon has worked in healthcare since 1990 and is a registered general nurse. She has a wide range of nursing skills and qualifications, which greatly contribute to her ability to provide a high standard of nursing care in the home. She has worked in the Oncology unit in St Luke’s Hospital, Rathgar, Dublin. She also worked with patients with spinal injuries and those rehabilitating after accidents, such as car accidents, sports injuries, horse riding injuries, etc. at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire. Sharon also worked in the Cardiology department in the Mater Hospital, Dublin.
Sharon, as Manager of Sharing The Care, visits each new patient to assess their individual requirements, matching qualified nurses and/or home carers to suit the patient’s circumstances and personal needs.
All Sharing The Care Nurses are registered with An Bord Altranais, the Irish Nursing Board and are experienced in a wide range of nursing skills. Our home carers are very experienced in the provision of care in the home setting.
Since 1999, Sharon and her team of nurses and home carers are delighted to have worked with the following organisations:
